Data science initiatives including data analytics and developing ML models to study disease progression and outcomes to develop better care pathways. Team is also designing and developing a user friendly cohort identification and analysis tool to improve Clinical Research initiatives including hypothesis testing and informing study design. Partnering with Cerner to develop their Research Roadmap and part of the governance council for Cerner’s Learning Health Network, which is a data consortium of de-identified data from over 89 hospitals across the country(~100M patients). Act as the liaison between the Health system and research initiatives that include academic institutions across the state of Indiana as well as from outside the state. Maintain a rolling 5 year strategic plan for the team and help inform the Enterprise Analytics 5 year strategic plan.
